SHIPPING POLICY
Items will usually be shipped the same day, or the next shipping day after payment clears. Unless otherwise stated in the ad description, shipping will be via UPS ground or US postal service, depending on the size of the order. In cases of excessive demand or our retail store sells out of the item, your order may be delayed a day or two if we have to re-order from the manufacturer. In this case, you will be notified via email or phone that you should expect a delay.
UPS SHIPPING COST
We do not "make up" our shipping costs or have a handling fee. Your UPS shipping cost seems higher then normal because we can only quote for Residential or Commercial addresses not both. USPS charges the same rate for both
Residential or Commercial addresses.
WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY
All items purchased from CCT WHOLESALE are guaranteed to be free of defect on arrival, unless we specifically are selling a used item, which is rare. All items are new in the box (NIB) are guaranteed for 365 days (one year) from the date of purchase. If your items fails to work properly within this time, simply email us and we'll ship you a new one, FREE of charge and usually that SAME DAY, as long as we have it in stock. We hold ourselves to higher standards then most vendors.
